Youth Tae Kwon Do
Learn the traditional Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do in an innovative, supportive, and high-energy environment! Using a unique blend of traditional curriculum, this program improves self-confidence and self-discipline while developing cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. The overall results are children that become better versions of themselves physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially! Fall Tae Kwon Do Advanced Level - West Washington

Fall Tae Kwon Do Core SKILLZ - West Washington
Six to eight year old’s are what most people consider “the golden age.” They are proficient in their vocabulary and problem-solving skills, yet they are not at the age where they want complete independence from adults. This makes the teacher-student relationship stronger than ever. We provide them with their own program that targets their stage of development in a manner that adapts to their adventurous attitude and youthful nature while at the same time building skills that set them up for success. Our program focuses on the core skills of agility, technique, courage, flexibility, intensity, perseverance, speed, and concentration to help kids become the best they can be!
Ages: 6-8

Fall Tae Kwon Do Extreme SKILLZ - West Washington
Nine to fourteen-year-olds are the smartest students around. Yes, they are smarter than most adults! They are also physically competent and can excel in most physical challenges that are presented to them. We provide them with their own program that targets their stage of development in a manner that nurtures their social and emotional instability while at the same time building skills that set them up for success. Our skill-based program works to help develop skills such as dexterity, reaction, versatility, momentum, precision, instinct, strength, and vision in a challenging, yet high-energy environment to push these kids to be the best they can be!

Fall Tae Kwon Do Pre SKILLZ - West Washington
Three to five-year-olds love physical activity and anything involving play. We provide them with their own program that targets their stage of development in a manner that keeps them entertained while at the same time building skills that set them up for success. Our program focuses on building early skills in these children such as kicking, punching, blocking, crawling, hopping, rolling, running, and catching in a fun, structured environment.
